I’m doing really rather well with the going out more thing. I have just returned from an evening of culture at the Tate Britain. I’m ashamed to say that it was my first visit. Absolutely shocking I know, however, I will be going to lots of galleries from now on as I don’t want to turn up at school without having done some research.
I’ve been a little lazy on the creative front these last few months, my last artistic endeavour having been the children’s décor at sharkster & TH’s wedding in April. However, I am now going to whole-heartedly embrace my Daddy’s favourite saying of “always learning”. I am so inspired that I am going to attempt an oil painting on Sunday.
Plus I don’t want to waste the 50p I spent at the Tate on a ‘future artist’ badge.
