i can’t wait to have a garden #717

Apart from my daily watch for Jupiter and Mars and my physical need to see the moon in the sky whenever possible (lovely low slung big bright full moon due tonight), I’ve been neglecting the sky of late. June and July are not good months for amateur astrologers as the sky is so bright, even at night. We have to wait until September for spectacular sunsets. And until lately the sky has been inundated with grey clouds leaving everyone, apart from the Shark, cursing them out of the sky. But it ends here. Thanks to The Cloudspotter’s Guide I am looking skywards during the day again. In the evening sky tonight we have ‘Altostratus’, known as the boring cloud, until pierced with sun or moonlight.
