day 31 : big brother

Pete seems to spend a lot of time on his own at the moment. He’s manufactured some drums and a DIY vibraphone percussion thing which he plays constantly, and at times it sends the others mad, although I don’t know if they’ve told him that yet. Glyn seems to be getting his air space and is creeping up as favourite to come second or potentially to come first. I think it’s because Pete is the runaway favourite with the viewers and they don’t want it to be a one horse race. Pete’s head feels clearer, like a storm has passed. He didn’t actually say her name but it’s obviously because Mace has been evicted. Chantelle sang ‘Ding-dong the witch is dead” and Our Kid the Munchkin is likely to be next. Mikey the scarecrow may escape as he’s one of only a few lads and some of them fancy him. Nicki feels good to have beaten Mace in the eviction battle.

Nicki and Pete are getting on famously. She thinks he understands her inner self. She wants them to be the last two in the house with him winning. Ahhhh. Chantelle spends quite a lot of time with Glynn talking and holding hands. Bless, I hope he doesn’t expect this is the real world. Dolly told Pete that she could see him and Nicki as a couple. He can’t. He told Dolly that he doesn’t fancy anyone in the house. That shut her up.

There was a lot of talk about the water incident although they didn’t show much of it. Chantelle was still cross with Our Kid but thinks that everyone else is getting on along better now that Mace has gone. Dicky intends to have a chat with Our Kid, although she refused to do it when approached as she was chilling. She hates him, so does Dim and even Glynn had a wee bitch about him. Dicky will henceforth refer to Mace as Horse Face. Te he. They did note correctly that Mace ran as soon as she threw the water. Glyn held his head in his hands but only because he couldn’t run to the DR, which is what he normally does when there’s trouble. Susie and Nicki are getting along better.

BB gave them an easy task so that they could get pissed on a Saturday night. It involved eating smelly food, blowing into a tube and guessing the rank smell on their breath. Nice. Nicky enjoyed her pickled onions with relish. Low fat see. Dim had to eat garlic. Ha ha, she hated it and it made her gag a lot. She a Welsh bird get her out of there. Hold on though, ain’t garlic from the same branch of veg as leeks? Dicky called her blow a Welsh Kiss. Te he. Susie had a chew on an old lamb kebab. Nicki teased that it could have been cat food after Susie had told her that she could get fat on the breath of others. Pete had to drink water. Somehow Mikey guessed it correctly. As I said, a dull task designed to give them a party.

They finished the booze quite quickly and Dolly asked BB for more. Her request was refused. The plastics filled up 2 empty white wine bottles with water for a prank. She fell for it. Dim and Mikey flirted. She asked Mikey if she still smelled of garlic and breathed into his face. He asked her to move closer. Dim and Chantelle danced by the pool for him and her did look on admiringly at Dim. Oh oh. They spent some time alone chatting in the lounge. Dolly is cross with Nicki for flirting with Pete. Her and Chantelle had a bitch about her and think that she’s turning into Our Kid, ie annoying. Sexual jealousy has reared its ugly head again. The plastic group is self-destructing from the inside. Dim spent a lot of time with Chantelle. Our Kid suspects that Nicki has been slagging her off.

Nicki was cold. She said that her gas bill is £300 as she keeps it at 30 degrees day and night. Good God girl it’s the height of the summer. Her hysterics were on a par with the mineral water incident. BB should suggest that she puts some clothes on. She wants to kill the inventor of air con. She told BB that she wanted to leave in the morning. For the first time I yawned during her strop which seemed forced and a caricature of her previous efforts.

A dull episode but tomorrow promises to be good what with the promised punishment and there are 2 shows on Wednesday, 1 live, rumoured to be for the arrival of a new HM.
