I was out at a gig at the time, Liars at ULU, which was top. Luckily I received the following texts keeping me up to date:
9.27pm Where are you?
9.29pm Ah. Not watching the auction then.
9.31pm Weirdness, it got to 7 grand with 5 mins to run. now its gone back to a grand with 2 mins to go! uh?
9.34pm OK. Auction over. No bids!? X
9.37pm You just have to read the reason at the bottom of the page! Ha!
9.38pm They were clearly all her!
